I am 5'2 and 148 pounds and went with the extra large. Being very large breasted, I was worried about getting enough support up top, but the extra large fits perfectly and holds everything in place. The gold accents under the lace are gorgeous.
Comfortable and flattering — it was ideal for the elegant night on my cruise. I own it in two colors, red (med) and black (large). For reference, I am 5'7 and 157lbs and the medium is hard to zip.
It was perfect for my cruise to Greece! The fit was good, though I just ordered the red one a size smaller.
Fits perfectly! The color is lighter than the photo shows — it is a TRUE baby pink. I wear a medium in everything else, but going by the size chart I bought a large and it fits, so my tip is to measure yourself and follow the charts to the T.
The built-in shapewear is also great quality and the other reviews were right: you do not need a bra or extra shapewear for this dress to look and feel good. TOTALLY worth the cost.
One note for improvement: the site said shipping happens 2-5 business days after purchase and I waited almost a month for the dress, so if it is for an event, order WAY in advance — I ordered 6 weeks ahead and it was a good thing I did!!

Beautiful dress and I love the sculpting. There is just not as much support in the bust area — I wish that part had some padding, because the material there is very thin.
