POPILUSH does not trade personal information for money. Even so, under several U.S. state privacy laws, certain disclosures of personal information to advertising networks, social media platforms, analytics or measurement providers, affiliate marketing partners, and other third parties can qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising, even when no money changes hands.

We also share personal information with service providers and contractors that handle information for us. Those providers operate under contractual limits on how they may collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information. When the applicable legal conditions are met, such disclosures are treated apart from a sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell or share sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a right to limit under applicable law, except as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy and in our privacy preference center.

How to Opt Out

To opt out:
  1. Turn on Opt Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising.
  2. Select Confirm My Choices.
The same preference center also lets you manage optional cookie categories.

You do not have to create an account, verify your identity, or hand over personal information to opt out for the browser or device you are currently using.
We will handle your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within the period required by applicable law.Once it has been processed, we will stop selling or sharing personal information and stop processing it for targeted advertising for the browser, device, account, or consumer profile covered by the request, as applicable.An opt-out request does not erase the personal information we hold. To ask for deletion, access, or correction of personal information, use the methods described under Other Privacy Requests below.

How Your Choice Applies

If you submit your choice while signed out and we cannot otherwise identify you, the choice will normally apply to:
  • The browser and device you are using; and
  • Any pseudonymous advertising or consumer profile that we associate with that browser or device.
If you are signed in, or if we otherwise recognize your browser or device and connect it to your POPILUSH account, we will apply your choice to that account and to the associated identifiers or profiles wherever applicable law requires it.
Clearing cookies, switching browsers, or using another device while signed out may mean you have to submit your choice again. A recognized opt-out preference signal keeps being processed every time the applicable browser or device sends it.

Global Privacy Control and Other Opt-Out Preference Signals

Where applicable law requires it, POPILUSH automatically treats a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of processing for targeted advertising.
There is no need to send a separate request through our preference center once we receive a valid signal.When technically feasible, our website will show a confirmation that the opt-out preference signal was detected and honored.
A signal normally applies to the browser or device that sends it. If you are signed in and we can tie the signal to your POPILUSH account, we will apply it to that account and the associated profiles wherever applicable law requires it.
You may have to enable the signal separately in each supported browser, browser extension, or device you use. For more details, visit Global Privacy Control.

Authorized Agents

Where applicable law permits it, an authorized agent may submit an opt-out request for you using the methods described on this page.
We may ask for the information reasonably needed to confirm that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf. We will not require extra information or identity verification for a browser- or device-level opt-out unless that is reasonably necessary to process the request.

Consumers Under 16

POPILUSH does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

No Discrimination
